The Red Barn is an incredible local organization dedicated to giving individuals with disabilities the joy of working with horses. Through their specialized therapeutic riding programs, they create life-changing experiences for both children and veterans.

Working with horses helps participants develop skills that extend far beyond the arena. Therapeutic riding has been shown to support: emotional regulation, physical strength and coordination, confidence and self-esteem, and communication and social interaction. The results speak for themselves!!
The Impact of The Red Barn
Each week, The Red Barn serves 100–125 children through its programs, providing structured therapeutic riding experiences guided by trained professionals and volunteers.
Even more remarkable is the outcome:
100% of participating children show improvement in social skills or communication.
However, the demand for these services continues to grow. Currently, more than 100 children are on the waitlist, demonstrating just how vital community support is to expanding their reach.

How Our Referral Program Helps & How It Works
Through our Referral Program, from January through June 2026, Allison Insurance will donate: $10 to The Red Barn for every referral we receive. That means when you refer a friend, family member, or colleague to Allison Insurance:
